Some asked to see the photo itself, so I’ve posted it here, along with my recollections (disappointingly thin, I reproach myself!) of a trip my Mother took — without my Dad — 40 years ago. I don’t know about you, but it takes me almost as long to recover my regular daily rhythm and activities AFTER travelling as it did to plan and prepare for the trip. But a little bear has got me back to my knitting, at least. And reminded me that I still haven’t shown you another Little Creature that swam off my needles before we left mid-April.
