Winter Light,

Seems a good time for silence, really. I caught this photo yesterday of the wintry sun illuminating the shore, but metaphors? They won’t do it today.

Silence. Hugging loved ones. Prayer in whatever form is meaningful to your (un)theology. And big dollops of kindness wherever you can spare them. Love and kindness, pass them on . . .

Lovely. Also a hug. There's nothing to say.

Indeed. Those boats passed Victoria and I, too, took a picture, from Dallas Road. The world is small.

I always have a place to go that lives in my memory. It looks like you have a real one. Sometimes when the world gets too crazy, I'd like to go to my place and stay.
